Meet the Founder

The person building your website

My name is Josh, and I'm the founder of Aaron Meadow Marketing. I started this business after working closely with small, family-run businesses and wedding venues, and seeing how often marketing felt confusing, expensive, or disconnected from what owners actually needed.

I also work with trades. A plumber or another local owner loses calls to a competitor whose site lets someone book a job from their phone, while their own site is hard to use.

Too many systems looked impressive but weren't practical to manage or understand day to day. I wanted to build something simpler, clearer, and more useful.

I work directly with every client. There are no handoffs or account managers.

When you work with me, you're working with the person doing the thinking, the building, and the problem-solving.

Most of my work starts with a custom website for a local trade. A customer can book a job from their phone in one tap, and you own your domain and your site.

Custom Build + Care is where most trades start: I handle hosting, updates, your Google Business Profile, and regular checks for $250 a month after the $500 build. A Custom Build on its own is the same kind of site, with hosting about $0–$20/month on Cloudflare, paid to Cloudflare. If you'd rather make your own edits, a Wix Build puts the site in your own Wix account, and you also pay Wix monthly for your plan.

We start with a free demo, so you can see the direction before paying a deposit. I'll help you connect the domain you buy in your own name, through Wix for a Wix build or Cloudflare for a custom build.

Outside of work, I live in North Carolina with my lovely wife, Hailey. I enjoy staying active, hiking, and spending time outdoors, and we both value intentional work, long-term thinking, and steady progress. That mindset naturally carries into how I approach my work, keeping things clear, realistic, and built to last.
